​You Are Enough!!

 
Hi All,

​I was going to call this, how do you know you are enough but I changed my mind because I know that you are enough, now it is your turn to know that you are.

So how do you know you are enough? This is a matter that really covers issues like self worth, self esteem, personal empowerment, and judgement on yourself.  Many times we feel we are NOT “good enough”. What does that really mean anyhow and where does that come from? Are you being too hard on yourself?

Why

Not feeling “good enough” stems from comparing yourself and your life, your looks and so forth to others and somehow convincing yourself you don’t measure up or don’t equal someone else’s accomplishments or whatever it may be.  That is an amazing amount of pressure on your heart emotionally,  on your mind, and also spiritually, not to mention negative and allowing more negativity to permeate you and rev up your inner critic and your negative Nelly personna, not to mention the green eyed monster of envy and jealousy.  Rather a lot to comprehend isn’t it?  I am sure you can think of many situations you do this,  now and have in the past. While it isn’t an easy “habit” to stop, I’ll be honest.. YOU HAVE TO! If you ever expect to improve your life.

The How To

So where to begin to change this behavior? While I can’t give you specific information as each and everyone one of you are different what I can tell you is:

Our minds do this “programming” to us. If you remind yourself over and over about all the good things you like AND LOVE about yourself and I mean that.. From the small things to the big things you love about YOU, I can tell you that you’ll begin to let go of all this and realize you are definitely WORTHY and GOOD ENOUGH!!  Remember to love who you are as you are. Love yourself because you will need it most when you think you need it the least.

Start your day with looking in the mirror and fill your heart with love and appreciation of you as you are and say things like that to yourself in the mirror.

Say to yourself: (Your Name)  I love you I really love you because you are so _____ , you have such pretty _____  and so on.  In fact write out what you want to say to yourself and tape it to the wall near your mirror or on the mirror so you can see it as you read it.

Do not let the negative mind thing and the criticism come into play! Do not believe it if it does - to be honest that is your arrogant ego doing it! If someone else in your life puts you down please always remember that is no reflection on your but on them entirely, they are criticizing you for what they lack.

Accept the peace and what is of the now and that way you can be happy with the later. Focus on the progress you make not perfection. See how far you’ve come not where you need to be.  Stop hating yourself and degrading yourself because it won’t make it better. Instead realize you are enough just as you are and learning to practice self-love more and more every day will get you further than being nasty to yourself.

Another Why

As Twin Flames we can feel as though we are not enough when our sleeper shows little interest in us, they run away from you so therefore you are not good enough for them, well that is not the case, in fact you are too good and it is that fear that makes them leave, they do not believe that someone as perfect as you can truly love them.

Remember

Some other things to remember are:

• There is more right than wrong with you.
• Your mind can be a very good liar.
• You are deserving of this love.
• Focus on how far you have come instead of how far you have to go.
