Hi All, I want to talk about something today that I think every single person on this journey can relate to and that is patience. Before you scroll past thinking you have heard this before, stick with me. What I want to share today goes much deeper than just "be patient and trust the process. 💛 Why Patience Feels So Impossibly Hard Here is the truth. Patience on the Twin Flame journey is not hard because you are weak or because you are doing something wrong. It is hard because you love deeply. You feel this connection in every part of you and yet you cannot control what happens next. You cannot make them reach out. You cannot speed up their growth. You cannot force the timing. For someone who feels as deeply as you do, that loss of control is one of the most uncomfortable places to sit. So what do you do? You reach out when you should not. You look for signs. You check their social media. You try to find something, anything, that tells you it is still real and still moving forward. I know because I have been there myself. I see it every single day in the people I work with. Here Is What Patience Is Really Asking of You This is the part I really want you to hear. Patience is not asking you to sit and wait for them. Patience is asking you to come back to yourself. While you are so focused on what they are or are not doing, you are missing the entire point of what this time is for. This time of self discovery, as painful as it feels, is not empty time. It is preparation time. It is the time where the real inner work happens. Where you get to know yourself on a level that most people never reach. Every fear that comes up during this time, the fear of abandonment, the fear of not being enough, the fear that it will never work out, those are not signs that something is wrong. Those are the very things this journey is asking you to heal. You cannot heal what you cannot see. Patience gives you the space to see it. What You Do Not Realise Is Happening While you are sitting in the discomfort of this time, something remarkable is actually taking place beneath the surface. You are building something that cannot be taken from you. A trust in yourself. A sense of your own stability. A knowing that your peace does not depend on what someone else does or does not do. Here is something else I want you to really take in. Very often when you are doing this work, when you are growing and healing and becoming more grounded within yourself, your Twin Flame is doing the same. Not always visibly. Not always consciously. The connection between you runs deeper than the physical and what shifts in you ripples out to them too. You are never just doing this for yourself. You are doing it for both of you.  Why Union Cannot Happen Without Patience I say this with complete love, yet I need to be direct with you here. If reunion were to happen before both of you have done the inner work, the same patterns that created the separation would simply show up again inside the relationship. The fear, the emotional dependency, the urgency, it would all still be there. Eventually it would pull things apart again. Patience is not delaying your union. Patience is preparing you for a union that can actually last. When you learn to trust without needing constant reassurance, when you learn to feel stable within yourself regardless of what is happening externally, when you stop operating from fear and start operating from a place of genuine inner peace, that is when everything changes. That is when you become someone who is truly ready. How To Actually Live With Patience on the Hard Days On the days when patience feels completely out of reach, here is what I want you to do. Stop waiting and start living. Fill your cup. Do something today that is entirely for you and has nothing to do with your Twin Flame. Reconnect with the parts of your life and yourself that bring you joy, peace and a sense of purpose. The most powerful and most magnetic version of you is not the one who is sitting and waiting. It is the one who is fully alive, fully present and fully invested in their own growth and happiness. That is the version of you that union is drawn to. Make This Time of Self Discovery Count This time you have right now is precious, even if it does not feel that way. Every single day of this journey is an opportunity to learn something about yourself, to heal something that has been holding you back and to grow into the person that union requires you to be. The difference between those who use this time wisely and those who stay stuck is awareness and guidance. When you have the right support around you, you stop going in circles. You start to understand what your patterns are and where they come from. You begin to make real, meaningful progress rather than simply surviving from one emotional wave to the next.
