Twin flames 3D vs 5D Differences You hear all the time about twin flames being a multi dimensional connection. The two you hear most about is 3D and 5D. Here is a quick way to understand what they are. In 3D or the earth plane is your physical selves and your life as a human being with all that it comes with in terms of experiences and who you interact with etc. in 5D that is your soul self where the two of you are connected - 5D is the fifth dimension or the astral/psychic/spiritual plane - dreams, visions, telepathy, and connection through meditation etc. 3D In 3D you will notice that the energy between you just is so intense, you can’t even describe it in words. There is like a river of energy and emotions and thoughts going on while observing each other and interacting with one another, if you should be so lucky to get to do that with your twin. You can’t always name it but you know it’s different than anything you have felt with anyone else. Some of you may feel as if you truly have found where you need to be and with whom, like it would be impossible to be with anyone else ever again and no one from your past can do justice to this person in any way, shape or form. 5D In 5D - emotions of all kinds can occur as well but they often feel ‘’otherworldly’’ not human emotions entirely, and it’s actually true but that it is because it is your souls connecting at their truest level. It is difficult to hide anything from each other here. You can work out problems, enjoy moments of love and laughter and understanding and accepting each other. Eventually you can have longer conversations and share things with each other that you may even be doing in the 3D world. There is a sense in 5D that it always should be positive and nothing can go wrong. I’ve always believed that one can connect on a deeper level with their twin and just like in 3D anything can be handled if there are problems to be worked out due to issues and struggles in 3D it can actually be a benefit to do the work on it in 5D for healing at the soul level is key to any healing at the human or 3D earth level.  I am sure you’ve heard the term soulmate more often than the term twin flame. This article will help you see where there are some similarities that overlap but also how different a twin flame is from a soulmate. First off, let’s start with what a twin flame is. Now of course there are many definitions that you will read on the internet if you look it up. It can be very confusing. The Greek philosopher Plato explained it thusly as stated as seen in the image! Honestly that sounds pretty painful doesn’t it? I like to think of it this way. Two souls united on and in the heavenly spirit dimension, not in human form as yet, but two souls as one beating as one heart, one energy, always connected no matter where you two may be on this planet. There is always soul connection taking place. The two of you agreed before you were birthed into this life, to find one another and unite again here on earth for a purpose. Not just for love and romance, honestly that is the bonus prize. The two of you together, once united, form a powerful energetic force here to help heal others through the unconditional love you hold for one another. Also to raise up the planetary vibrations so that others become inspired by you and what you do on your personal mission and to contribute to the two of you being together that is raising the vibration of this third rock from the sun we call home, well at least in human form that is. Meaning that together the two of you, you and your twin flame, have a reason to unite, to contribute to the well being of others, helping and healing our home and those around you.That isn’t necessarily something spiritual you do, it could be through science and technology, education, or a whole number of other things. Eventually you will find not only does the energy of your twin help you strive to find your personal mission but also to unite so the two of you can work together supporting each other on doing as I’ve just described. The twin flame “relationship” is definitely not your typical relationship full of conditional judgement and so on. Though mind you it will not be an easy journey but more on that some other time. Essentially your twin flame and you are each other’s soul partner or Divine Counterpart. Each with their own soul and energy but yet conjoined as one energetic force right down to the cellular level, even when you don’t know it’s happening you are truly ALWAYS connected. They cannot be one of your family members due to the intensity of the potential of romantic love brimming under the surface. Icky thought ewww. They however can most definitely be a co-worker, classmate, or related to one of your friends (their brother/sister/cousin etc.) By the way twin flames can be same sex couples as well as heterosexual couples (male/female) in same sex couplings, usually one twin will have the more feminine energy, the other the more masculine energy. In heterosexual twin flames, this too can apply, sometimes the female could have a more potent masculine energy (outgoing, extroverted, outspoken, more logical than emotional, etc.) while the male twin could be more feminine (intuitive, spiritual, introverted, more in touch with their emotions, softer, not effeminate, just as I’ve described here though). This has a lot to do with how one was raised and their environment and upbringing and the life influences they’ve had. They very well could be and most likely be your complete polar opposite, in looks, behaviour, and so on, right down to even where they happen to live in the world and many other comparisons. However, you may find once you connect with them you do possibly have some similarities in life experience or other such like common things in some form but not everything. Your twin flame is also your mirror, reflecting back to you the lessons you most need to learn about yourself, and life and what you need to heal so that your soul grows and you ascend to a higher level of understanding the world not only from a human perspective but also emotionally, mentally and spiritually (yes even if you supposedly don’t consider yourself spiritual, you still grow in your soul) So you are probably asking yourself…. Ok I get that, so how does that differ from a soul mate? While a twin flame is the other half of your soul in other words, a soul mate can be, and is usually someone from a soul group you were connected with before you incarnated as human here, however they are not necessarily part of the same ‘soul family’ as it were. A soul mate can indeed be a family member, they also can be someone you barely know, a co worker, or almost anyone. However the energy between you two is very different from that of what you have with your twin flame. Soulmates are not always romantic, in fact many times they are not, but they are here to teach you to be more authentically yourself, give you the opportunity release karmic ties and learn life lessons to grow and become the best you possible. You also are not connected with the same intense energy as with your twin flame. It isn’t constant, there may not be any telepathy or such connection, no dreaming of them or even being able to sense them as you will with your twin flame once you’ve connected soul to soul with them. That essentially is something you also have that you receive from your twin flame but in a different way. Because you are so connected to them anything you learn, and release also heals them at the same energetic level therefore building a stronger bond. Therefore the same applies what they learn and release affects you and your connection to them. Whereas with a soulmate, you may change but they aren’t necessarily going to be affected personally by the work you do, essentially you change and the world in general around you, people around you change because you changed, your circumstances change etc. Many times in fact soul mates can seem to pass in and out of your life leaving little if any telltale mark they were there except for the lessons they left you with or continue to bring to you the longer they remain in each other’s world. Some can be highly karmic and easily push your buttons, others can be so much like you, it’s like having another you around, while that is nice it can be a little too boring. It is highly uncommon for twin flames to be that much alike. As previously mentioned they tend to for the most part be your polar opposite and for good reason, for the twin flame relationship is all about the balance of masculine and feminine, yin/yang, both within yourself and each other. Soulmates don’t necessarily create that within their relationships it is more about learning, empowering and teaching each other as I said earlier.
