All Things Twin Flame and More

​Hi All,

One of the main things I hear from people on this journey is that I have no one to talk to about what I am going through. No one understands me and what I am dealing with. How can I tell another person in my life that I am in love with someone who seems to not pay any attention to me. They would never get it. 

Sadly you are right because we live in a world filled with conditioned beliefs about life and love. We are meant to fit into a box and conform to what our elders and society thinks that we should. 

I think about how many people who are a part of my life and how much they would not fully understand what I do either. 

What box do I fit in? I struggled with that for many years. I did not fit in, I did not think in the same way as others. I did not have the life beliefs that they had.  I did not have dreams of the big wedding day, having a family, a great job, 2 dogs and a life full of happiness. Well that is the dream right? The expectation we put on ourselves. However I did not want that. I wanted something different. I wanted adventure, travel and to never settle down. Life taught and gave me that in another way.

I remember my female friends always talking about their future plans, the ideal man, what was their first initials, having a crush on someone and writing their last name as their last name. How this person was going to create the happiest life for them. When I think about that now I laugh. How simple it all was but life is not simple. It is very complex and complicated. 

I remember once walking into my hairdressers and I asked them to shave my hair underneath, an undercut and them looking at me and saying to me are you sure? I was like yes I am certain. I wanted to make a statement, thinking I would do something that was never expected of me. Expectations those things that come along with conditioned beliefs. 

I was misunderstood quite often when I was younger, I challenged things all of the time or maybe I wanted to do that so that I could blaze the path that I wanted in life. So that I did not have to conform. I have since learnt that Twin Flames do not fit in. We have a different path to follow and I believe this is the case because we are meant to create change in the world with a different set of values and beliefs. 

As you move along through your journey and everything that is thrown at you remember that this life you were given is for you to live, not to sit in sorrow everyday waiting for your Twin Flame to come home to you. Make each thing that you do count. Work on yourself, heal, make waves, be carefree, go on an adventure, but do not sit in sorrow and wait. 

You do know you can have a good life while working on uniting with your Twin Flame?

Time Truly is a Thief.

I read something today that really resonated with me. It was simply “time truly is a thief”. It made me stop and think. That it is correct, it is something that we can never get back once it has passed so make today the day you decide to make the most of every moment that is presented to you even if it is not a positive. 

Food for Thought

Taking some time out of life today and look at life through the eyes of a child. Before all of the conditioned beliefs are placed on them. Take some time to talk to them and you will get a whole different view on the world. 

Did you miss something?

Something I feel that many people miss on their life journey is that they need to create the change, they need to heal themselves. While others can guide you on how to, you actually have to do the work. You have to pull yourself together and work on all those things that scare you to deal with. 

Clearing out all of the old baggage in your life and looking at things in a new light from a new perspective is an amazing thing. 

Blurred Lines 

I did a question and answer session recently in the group I run on Facebook, it was very interesting and good fun, however a question did come up that was most thought provoking so I wanted to share that with you. 

Is it ever advisable for people who are Twin Flames to be in a relationship with another Twin Flame who is not theirs?

Ooooo this is a very good question because I feel that there are times when the lines can get blurred and I have seen it happen before. Where two people who are Twin Flames meet while they are looking for answers on how to unite with their respective Twin Flames. They become close because they talk a lot and learn so much about each other. This can turn into an attraction and then a romantic relationship will happen. Sounds ok right? Two consenting adults meeting and seemingly falling in love.

Wrong ~ I have seen this before and it never works out. In fact it quite simply causes more hurt.

Here is Why;

• When they met each other they were and are in love with someone else. They are still in love with that person even if they are attracted to this new person in their life because of the support they have shown each other.

 

• That love will come up time and time again. The relationship did not begin on an even or balanced footing.

 

• It will eventually cause arguments and comparisons.

 

• What happens when the other Twin Flame comes back into the picture and wants to be with them? One will just walk away and be with their intended Twin Flame.

 

• They are looking for validation or outside approval for who they are because they feel rejected by their Twin Flame.

 

• Gosh that is just to name a few of the things that can go wrong. Plus they ruin what could have otherwise been a beautiful friendship.

Something you Should Know

The first thing you should know is that you are allowed to be happy. That you are deserving of love and can find love even if it is not with your Twin Flame. 

The Twin Flame journey is not an easy one at all even though in many articles I have read that it is meant to flow and will be the best relationship of your life. However that is never the case and there is a lot of bullshit and red tape to go through before you will get to that part and even at that there are lessons.

Them being with someone else and in a seemingly perfect relationship can be commonplace. Some even go so far as to get married to another person or have a baby with them before they wake up and realize. It sucks I know and goes beyond the realms of those conditioned beliefs we have talked about earlier. 

There are ways to move forward in your life and Twin Flame relationship even with the universe blocking you from doing so but it comes from within you. Reunite with yourself and come to a place in your life where you will feel happy with them or without them. When you come to this space and truly do you will be able to reconcile yourself with the past and move on with your life in a positive way. It is a lot of hard work but in doing that you can find yourself in a better position.

It really is a double sided coin: 

Some Twin Flames may also have to reconcile yourself with the fact that you will always love your Twin Flame while allowing space for another in your heart also knowing that you will not experience that same spark and connection with another again. However, knowing that you can love another in a different way.

I also find that for most people it is almost impossible to move forward because the universe will always put them in your way. All you can do in this situation is keep moving forward, stay in your lane and the rest will come to you.

​I think this is because union is never guaranteed however I will always believe union is possible. How is that so I hear you ask. Is this all about your perception and outlook on things?

Contradiction

It may seem like a contradiction to tell you in one answer that two Twin Flames should not allow themselves to blur the lines with each other and in another that you can move onwards however it is not practical for Twin Flames who are not each others to be together because of the hurt it will cause in the end. 

Maybe I am just giving you options, things to think about! 

Twin Flame Sleeper

I am not sure if I ever told you this but I hope that it is not a secret that I was the sleeper Twin Flame for many years of my relationship with my husband. I was the one who would run from him. I did it successfully for quite a few years. When I look back over the years from a different perspective I see that I was the sleeper. Always finding a way that the relationship could not possibly work out.  Could you be a sleeper in disguise too?

Did I regret shaving my head? Maybe I did, it took 5 years to grow back however I have learnt that all good things do really come to those who wait with the right attitude while waiting.

​Patience is a huge part of your journey in life I feel and it does not get enough credit. Another contradiction or food for thought?

Always remember to truly understand another person you have to try and walk in their shoes and stop limiting your beliefs. There is so much out there in the world for you to discover.
