Growth, Change and Patience! 

Hi All, 

Yes it has been a while since I have sat down and wrote a blog for you all, life sure can get busy and mine is no exception to that. I have recently also taken time to smell the roses if you will, to get back out there into nature and find another way to connect with this journey of life that we are on. 

I went ahead and planted some seeds for sunflowers, daisies, tomatoes, strawberries and blackberries. As I now watch them grow, I thought back to times in the past where I have tried to grow something and it would inevitably die and I wondered why did that always happen?  

Each day the kids would run outside to see if anything was peeping through the clay and feel disappointed when they could not see any signs of life. They would say, when are they going to grow? How much longer will it take? 

Then of course there was the excitement when they saw those first buds appearing and even more when they can now see the flowers almost all the way grown. 

Yes everything we planted is all still alive, yay!! So what did I do different this time from all the other times? I ensured that I watered the plants when they needed it, took time to put stakes on the ones that needed extra strength and lastly I have the patience to allow them to grow! 

Truth is of course, each one of them takes a different amount of time to grow but you must keep them nourished.

Time To Learn

Learning a new way of thinking and doing things is essential when you are a Twin Flame as it is a whole new way of life. Those conditioned beliefs that you grow up with need to be shed in order for you to move forward. When you hold onto those old ways, you are stunting your growth and for sure stalling your union. 

Sometimes we can not see the hard work that is going on under the surface. We feel disappointed because there is no change, but change takes time, growth takes time. 

Do you find yourself comparing your journey to others, if yes STOP, this is a pointless exercise as all of us grow emotionally at our own pace. Our Twin Flame journey’s while they may seem the same on the surface, each one is very different.  Different levels of growth is more common than many realize and they do not all fit in the same box. 

Patience is key, without patience you will not get very far on your journey. 

When many of us get caught up in the hows, the why and why not, you can forget to care for yourself so nourish your soul ~ Take care of you! 

Give strength to other Twin Flames who are having a hard time, allow yourself to grow in strength and you will begin to see things change for the better. 

Expecting change and growth without putting in some work is like planting a seed and not treating it right so it can come into full bloom. 

All of the above are essential when you are a Twin Flame. Makes sense right? 

Do You Communicate The Right Way?

On my travels over the past few weeks, I noted something that made me feel very sad. We were waiting outside a restaurant for a table to become free, when a family of 6 arrived and asked about how long the wait is etc, they were told it would be 30 to 40 minutes and they said that they would wait. The first thing I noticed about this family was they had tablets, phones and computer games with them. They all proceeded to go on them while waiting for their food, not so bad I know some will say but then they were called for their table and from ordering to the food arriving they did not take their eyes off of their electronics. 

Of course at this point I was thinking surely now they will talk to each other, acknowledge that they are all sitting together and have a conversation but no, food arrived, none of them looked up to thank their waitress for her help. 

Is the true art of communication really lost, is this why people do not know how to communicate with each other any longer? To sit down and have a conversation with someone, to look them in the eye when you talk to them, to pick up on their feelings? 

Something for you to think about and to try and implement change in your life? 

Do you spend your day looking at your phone to see if your Twin Flame has contacted you and forget to interact with others because you are so consumed by your Twin Flame? That is not nourishing your soul!
